When will I get paid?

The settlement period is T+3 working days from the order date. For example, if an order is placed on Monday, ShopBack will remit to you by the end of Thursday.

What are the fees for customers?

ShopBack Pay is completely free for customers to download and use via the ShopBack app.

Is ShopBack Pay available to me on all channels?

If you're an online merchant who operates an e-commerce business, you are eligible to offer ShopBack Pay to your customers as part of your online checkout flow only.

If you're an offline merchant who operates a retail store, you are eligible to offer ShopBack Pay to your customers in-store only.

If you operate both online and offline, you are eligible to offer ShopBack Pay within your website and in-store.
